These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the BingoMax platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below. Please read this page carefully before you start playing.

All deposits on BingoMax are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. BingoMax does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. All deposit transactions are subject to verification, and BingoMax reserves the right to delay or decline a transaction where fraud or money laundering is suspected. Funds deposited into your BingoMax account are held for gaming purposes only and are not considered a financial investment or savings instrument.
All games available on BingoMax are provided for entertainment purposes. Results are determined by certified random number generation systems, and BingoMax does not manipulate outcomes in any way. Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an unfair advantage during gameplay. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the platform will result in the voiding of affected game rounds and may lead to account suspension. BingoMax reserves the right to void bets or game results where a technical error has materially affected the outcome. Players may also request the voluntary closure of their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be reviewed in accordance with our withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any required verification checks. BingoMax will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where that suspension was triggered by a breach of these terms. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as outlined in our operational policies.
BingoMax reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with an updated version of the terms, you must stop using BingoMax and may request account closure.
